“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if I can let them be… When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying, ‘Soften the orange a bit on the right-hand corner…’ I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.” - Carl Rogers

If you’re navigating the complexities of trauma, depression, or anxiety, you’re not alone. While I specialize in these areas, my approach resonates with anyone seeking deeper understanding and growth. I also emphasize understanding your social and cultural context and recognizing the importance of your unique identity and values. Together, we’ll delve into your feelings, explore personal experiences, and foster a path toward empowerment, crafting strategies that align with your journey and emotional well-being.

Rooted in a trauma-informed foundation, my approach holistically addresses thoughts, emotions, and the often-overlooked somatic experiences accompanying life’s challenges. Through our therapeutic connection, I strive to understand and honour your journey. My extensive work with diverse populations enhances my commitment to cultural sensitivity and intersectionality in therapy. Fluent in both French and English, I integrate evidence-based techniques, ensuring our sessions resonate with your unique needs and aspirations.

Taking the step to seek support shows immense courage. Whether navigating life’s daily challenges or deeper struggles, I’m here to offer genuine support virtually and in-person. Remember, the first consultation is always complimentary. When you’re ready, we’ll embark on this journey together, ensuring you feel understood and valued every step of the way.

I look forward to taking the first step with you!
