Life’s challenges can sometimes throw us off course, and I am
honoured to offer a non-judgemental space and unconditional support
to my clients throughout their respective journeys. I strongly believe in
the power of therapy and as such, aim to build a safe, comfortable and
healing environment so as to help uncover practical solutions while
exploring core issues. Working collaboratively, I believe that talk
therapy can bring tremendous insights, empowerment and value to
those who choose to embark upon a journey of growth.
I provide services to children, youth, adults, couples, and families, and
welcome individuals of all cultural, racial, sexual or religious identities.
I hold experience working with a wide range of issues that includes
anxiety, depression, self-esteem, addiction, relationship issues,
infidelity, grief, anger management, trauma, and parenting challenges.
My theoretical approach is rooted in attachment theory and my
preferred modalities are Emotionally Focused Therapy, Compassion
