Emily Palermo MSW
Psychotherapy + Counselling
It can be difficult to navigate the therapy world and I commend you on taking the first step in seeking help. If you have already started your healing journey I welcome the opportunity to collaborate. I have experience treating Depression, Anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress and other mood disorders. I work with individuals struggling with stress, grief, obsessive issues, relational and family conflict, social anxiety, self-esteem, and addiction. I integrate a variety of evidence-based practices during treatment that is unique to the individual including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing. I provide services to adolescents and adults of all cultural, racial, sexual or religious identities. My goal is to offer a friendly, non-judgmental, supportive and safe place to heal.
