Join Psychotherapist & Clinic Owner Kristina Dragnea and Embodiment Guide and former Naturopathic Doctor Krista Boland for a compelling 8-week journey into the self, to be boldly vulnerable, to walk with our fears and to feel liberated in being our true selves alongside other brave explorers! We will work with a combination of embodied psychological and soulful practices to deepen our capacity for self-compassion, self-acceptance and self-love. Hi, I’m Krista.
I guide people towards the embodiment of their true nature.
My approach is born out of years of deep self-inquiry, devoted practice, and transformational healing. It is rooted in the holistic interplay between body, mind and spirit, and focuses on three key steps: coming home to your body, offering loving presence to your wounded parts, and developing a relationship with spirit.
I have witnessed dramatic change occur when a person dares to drop into their body, and get acquainted with the feelings and sensations alive within. I help people attune to an inner state of loving presence, which makes working with difficult feelings, sensations and thoughts more manageable. As the body, mind and spirit become more conscious and clear, a person’s true nature can emerge naturally and beautifully.
I wholeheartedly believe that this deep inner work is the best thing one can do for oneself. With practice, it can intelligently realign every aspect of a person’s life at a pace, and in a sequence, that is just right for them.
I formerly practiced as a naturopathic doctor, and have plenty of experience holding a supportive space for people. I’m also a DJ who facilitates embodied dance journeys, and an ecstatic lover of the natural world. My goal is to teach tools for deep self-care and grounded spiritual growth, so that we all may confidently ease our own burdens and create lives we love living.
Your true nature is already within you. The work is to uncover and remember what is already there. I would be honoured to assist you on this journey of unfoldment.

Simply put, my passion lies in helping people uncover their true, authentic selves.
In my career as a psychotherapist and through my own introspective explorations, I have come to realize that only through the wholehearted acceptance and integration of all aspects of ourselves; the good, the bad and the ugly, can we actualize to our fullest potential and live an authentic and truly fulfilled life!
I work with the belief that we all have unconscious, unacknowledged parts of ourselves that influence our thoughts, feelings, and subsequent behaviours, for better or for worse. The more we work at bringing these parts of ourselves to the forefront of our awareness, the more confident we will feel in allowing ourselves to be guided by our own experience and intuition, rather than by external influences. The less we look to the world around us for answers and instead look inward, the more aligned we will feel with our purpose and the more we will be living it fully and authentically.
Research into mindfulness studies and psychotherapy suggest that the partnership of the two modalities can accelerate a person’s ability to function more in the present moment and live more from a place of acceptance while maintaining a less reactive response in both their intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships. Treatments offered can be tailored to address issues such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), somatic (sleep) disorders, and adjustment disorders to name some of the more reported difficulties.
