There are many uncomfortable thoughts and feelings that we may push aside because we are uncertain on how to deal with them. I understand what this is like with my own pain and the pain of others while supporting individuals and families.

I work with individuals who are struggling and want to find a better path forward. A healthy path forward that ensures that the body, mind and spirit are aligned. I work with individuals dealing with life transitions, career identity/uncertainty, emotional distress, grief and fear. There are circumstances that happen in our lives that require us to look deep within in order to be ready to change. Change is never easy, it can be messy or painful, but through uncovering certain patterns we can lead and live a life that is true to you and your values. I will sit with you in this journey and together we will develop a path forward that you want and need.

My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and integrative. I seek to understand the whole individual, where they are in the present moment and where they want to be. My therapeutic approach combines modalities in Eastern spirituality/mindfulness, narrative therapy, solution-focused and applied positive psychology.
