​There's no denying the power of bodywork. Regardless of the objective - a luxurious treat, stress relief or pain management - massage therapy can be a powerful ally in your healthcare regimen. 

After reviewing your health history and assessment of your posture, your RMT will provide specialized relief and comfort through advanced bodywork techniques tailored for your recommended treatment:

Swedish Massage: A light to moderate approach with a focus on relaxation, improving circulation and energy. Swedish massage can also aide after injury.

Deep Tissue: A highly therapeutic massage using deeper controlled strokes to decrease muscle tightness and chronic joint pain. This therapeutic massage technique focuses on locating trigger points and contracture muscle areas. Over time these areas become stagnant - deep tissue massage will help to release and improve blood flow. 


Sports Massage: A customized massage used to reduce sports injuries and increase joint flexibility. Some injuries may occur due to sport or other form of training. This approach focuses on pre and post event, both with different results. Sports Massage promotes flexibility and helps to prevent injury.

Neuromuscular Therapy: If you suffer from chronic pain, nerve compression or postural issues, this form of massage manipulates soft tissue involving both the muscular and nervous systems.

Pregnancy Massage: Depending on your stage of pregnancy, pregnancy massage can help with reducing pain, improving circulation, relaxation, and reducing edema in the legs and feet.
