Health issues and wellness goals are carefully considered to find an individualized approach that works best for your preferences and lifestyle, and - perhaps most importantly - are sustainable long term.

The goal with Nutritional Therapy is to make eating intuitively healthy, reduce stress surrounding meal times, improve health concerns, and discover key connections between optimal nutrition and your whole body wellness.

With a outside perspective and non-judgemental reflection of your diet and lifestyle, Nutritional Therapy offers a fundamental component in your wellness journey. Arguably, anyone could benefit from a little nutritional guidance. In addition to common illness, modern day physical and mental health issues including poor digestion, allergies, intolerances, anxiety, stress, lethargy, low energy, acne, body pain, weight gain or loss, hormonal imbalances, and much more can be addressed with nutritional support.

What To Expect?

A Nutritional Therapy 60 minute intake session includes a thorough evaluation of your diet and lifestyle, health challenges and wellness goals to assess what could be impacting your overall health and wellbeing. A symptomatic assessment will provide further insight, pin pointing nutritional deficiencies, health concerns or lifestyle habits that could be preventing you from feeling balanced, energetic and good in your body. Initial recommendations will include a timeline that allows for healthy and sustainable changes in your diet and lifestyle.

Based on your initial intake, your wellness plan will be created, tailored for your defined health goals. Outline details will be discussed in your 30 minute follow up coaching session within 1 - 2 weeks. Individual coaching sessions are recommended in two week intervals or as needed for implementation, guidance, feedback and support. Each session includes personalized nutrition, supplement and lifestyle recommendations. Session notes and supporting materials will be emailed to you within 2 days

 

An inclusive monthly package may be right for you for as little or as long as you need dedicated support and accountability on your wellness journey. Each month includes two 30 minute coaching sessions, a meal plan with recipes or personalized shopping lists, weekly meal journal review and feedback, supporting educational materials as needed, and weekly check-ins and support via email every Friday.
