Sabrina Conrad MBA,RP
Psychotherapy + Counselling

I am passionate about the value of psychotherapy and its potential to reduce suffering and create insights.  I work with adults, adolescents, and couples. Clients that come to me often suffer from depression, anxiety, panic attacks, sexual and intimacy issues and complicated grief. I also work with couples on issues of communication, infidelity and trust.

My aim is to provide a non-judgmental, trauma-informed, collaborative environment that feels safe and supportive. My theoretical grounding is in attachment theory and psychodynamic therapy.  My modality is a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

After earning a BA from the University of Toronto, Sabrina moved to Zurich, Switzerland where she lived for five years, receiving an MBA then working in the corporate world. While in Zurich she became acquainted with the work of Carl Jung, which eventually led her to enroll at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California, where she graduated with an MA in Counselling Psychology. Sabrina is registered to practice psychotherapy with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
