Psychotherapy + Counselling
How are you relating to your thoughts and emotions? What is your relationship with anger, sadness, and anxiety like? Our inner landscape is robust and vibrant, brimming with a multiplicity of feelings, images, and sensations. If you are willing, I would like to journey with you as you discover, unravel, and work on the many ways you show up in this world.
Let us work together to understand how your perception of yourself, others, and the world is affecting your life. In the midst of whatever pain and suffering you are experiencing, let’s see if there are kernels of authenticity and compassion that can guide you towards healing.
My approach to psychotherapy honours your life story. Whoever you are, whoever you think you are, and whatever you want to become, I want to be able to witness you as you work to touch and experience the full expression of yourself.
