"Healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step." – Mariska Hargitay

As a therapist, I believe that healing begins with creating a space where you can explore your inner world, share your thoughts freely, and embrace the challenges that come with personal growth. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a commitment to understanding your unique journey.

I practice from a person-centred perspective, which means that you are the expert on your life, and my role is to support and guide you in a way that is responsive to your individual needs. In addition to this foundation, I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS) — a model that invites gentle curiosity toward the different “parts” of yourself, such as protective or wounded inner voices. IFS helps us access the compassionate core of who you are and work toward internal harmony, healing, and greater self-understanding.

Whether we are addressing anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, or deeper trauma, I collaborate with you to identify the most effective tools and approaches to support meaningful change. Having worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and lived experiences, I am committed to creating an inclusive, anti-oppressive environment where you feel safe, seen, and heard. Together, we can explore the factors influencing your life, working to strengthen your resilience and self-awareness.

Next steps: I’m here whenever you’re ready to begin this journey together.
