THERAPY OPTIONS

Affordable therapy program

We believe therapy should be accessible at an affordable rate for those with financial barriers, especially in trying times when one could benefit greatly from compassionate support. Our low cost initiative strives to ease financial stress and provide access to support from our talented training therapists.

Virtual and telehealth options

Virtual or telehealth sessions can be an effective option for accessing support when in-person sessions are not available to you. Whether you are vacationing, traveling for work, injured or sick, or even running late - having a telehealth back-up plan ensures continuity of care wherever you are, no matter the situation. Please note when booking if you'd prefer your session online or by phone.

Find your center.

Your struggles do not define you. Even in the midst of life’s many storms, you have the capacity to stand in the center of your own peace and reach your true potential.

It's easy for us to recognize what we don't "like" about ourselves. We can list off all the things we wish were different or could change about the way we think, behave or interact with others. We get caught up in our weaknesses and our mistakes but we are talking about more than that. We are talking about how we take 'care' of our mind. We know there is something wrong about how we 'feel' and that we have to make 'a change'. But when we try to make those changes - to address what's preventing us from the life we truly want- we often get stuck.

Why do we find it so hard to take care of mental health?

In order for us to grow and move forward, we have to be willing to ask hard questions and truly listen to what our minds are telling us. Only then can we be focused enough to start living the life we not only want - but need - to be the most authentic version of ourselves.

What's your mind telling you?

The power of letting go

A hand holding a white cloth, above a table with white cylindrical objects and a beige textured pillow, with a dark floor and furniture in the background.

Taking the first step to reach out for a therapy appointment can be very unnerving. It requires courage to admit that the way you have been doing things may not be working. Or perhaps things have happened in your life, through no fault of your own, that feel out of control or unmanageable.

Therapy is right for you if you are willing and ready to take the courageous leap, be truthful about what is happening and share your thoughts and feelings with a trained professional.

Together we can look at the big picture and help make sense of it all. In some cases, we may be able to direct you to a resource that is just what you need for your particular problem. Or perhaps, at this point in your life, you just need someone who will listen. We will work together to figure out the next best steps.

Therapy is right for you if you are ready to get the most out of your life by taking responsible actions to improve your self awareness and to intentionally work towards greater health. You deserve that. You don't have to keep hurting alone.
