What’s holding you back?

My approach focuses on empowering clients in their quest to know and free themselves on a deeper level so they can live more meaningful and purposeful lives. Whether that’s overcoming middle age or other forms of crisis or trauma, I help people recreate their self-image and rebuild self-confidence so they can find joy, grace and a pure love for life.

I am passionate, experienced and highly skilled in guiding clients to discover and experience their authentic selves. At the same time, I hold a safe space for unfolding and exploring unavoidable obstacles, mostly created by our beliefs. Held beliefs or limiting thoughts that can appear as anxiety, depression or other psychological or emotional difficulties can be a guiding light on your way back to finding your true essence.

These core parts of your being may remain untouched as you grow, and are waiting to be found and re-connected. When you connect on a deeper level with your self - your purpose, gifts, and talents show up with their full potential - bringing forth a liberating flow. You feel free from what has been holding you back.

I work with adult individuals and couples using various strategies and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy, Psychodrama and more. With experience in schools and child psychology, I also offer parenting skills and enhancement sessions for parents who are facing challenges raising their children.

Now, let’s talk about you and your needs.

If you’re ready to feel free from what has been holding you back, I’m here to help.
