Open up your Gmail

Under SETTINGS > General

Default text style > select San Serif Large Black

My picture > It is recommended that you use your team profile photo OR the Mindful Maelstrom “M” brandmark which is available above. (Click on the About me link provided is the settings area.)

Signature > click on Create new button

1. Name new signature > enter your signature name > click on Create button

2. Place your cursor in the white dialog box and type in your name. For example: Kristina Dragnea.

   At the bottom of the white dialog box on the far left side select SAN SERIF as the font for your name. Next, select the font size (the double TTs) LARGE. Next, select the font colour (the A that is underlined) and go the second to last row, third colour from the left, which is GOLD (191,144,0).

3. Enter to the next line. Now type in your position or title with any accreditations. For example: Registered Psychotherapist M.C.

   At the bottom of the white dialog box on the far left side select SAN SERIF as the font for your position or title. Next, select NORMAL as the font size and select BLACK for the font colour.

4. Click enter twice so there is a space between the last and this section. Now enter the text: MINDFUL MAELSTROM WHOLE HEALTH COLLAB in all CAPS. At the bottom of the white dialog box on the far left side select SAN SERIF as the font. Next, select NORMAL as the font size and select BLACK for the font colour.

5. Click enter so the cursor is below the previous line of text. Now enter the text: 91 Ossington Avenue, Toronto ON M6J 2Z2. At the bottom of the white dialog box on the far left side select SAN SERIF as the font. Next, select NORMAL as the font size and select BLACK for the font colour.

6. Click enter so the cursor is below the address. Enter the phone number 416-519-0989 in SAN SERIF as the font, select NORMAL as the font size and select BLACK for the font colour.

7. Click enter so the cursor is below the phone number. Type the website URL: mindfulmaelstrom.com in SAN SERIF as the font and NORMAL as the font size.

   Highlight the URL and then click the “link” icon which is the forth icon from the right.

   Next, select the font colour (the A that is underlined) and go the second to last row, third colour from the left, which is GOLD (191,144,0).

8. Click enter twice. At the bottom of the white dialog box you will see an ‘insert image’ icon third from the right. Click on the Insert Image icon. A new “add an image” window will open. Select UPLOAD and select the logo file you have saved to your device.

9. Put your cursor on the logo > it should say Original size

10. Click enter so the cursor is below the logo. Now enter the following text: “The greatest privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

    At the bottom of the white dialog box on the far left side select GARAMOND as the font. Next, select LARGE as the font size. Next, select the font colour (the A that is underlined) and go the second to last row, third colour from the left, which is GOLD (191,144,0).

11. Click enter so the cursor is below the quote. Now enter the following text: -C.G.Jung

    At the bottom of the white dialog box on the far left side select GARAMOND as the font. Next, select LARGE as the font size. Select BLACK as the font colour.

12. Click enter twice. Now enter the following text:

    At the bottom of the white dialog box on the far left side select SAN SERIF as the font. Next select BOLD. Next, select NORMAL as the font size. Next, select the font colour for PLEASE NOTE: (the A that is underlined) and go the second to last row, third colour from the left, which is GOLD (191,144,0)

    For the rest of the text make the font colour BLACK.

13. Click enter twice. Now enter the following text:

    Confidentiality Notice: This email message and any attachment(s) is authorized for the sole use of the individual or entity to whom it is addressed and may contain information that is privileged, confidential and exempt from disclosure. If you are not the intended recipient, any dissemination, distribution or copying of this communication and attachments is strictly prohibited.     At the bottom of the white dialog box on the far left side select SAN SERIF as the font. For the words ‘Confidentiality Notice’ select BOLD. Next, select NORMAL as the font size. Next, select COLOUR (the A that is underlined) to RGB 153, 153, 153 (the forth gray from the left).

14. Click enter twice so the cursor is below the notification. Now enter the following text in SAN SERIF, SMALL, all caps: MINDFUL MALESTROM WHOLE HEALTH COLLAB 2021

    Change the COLOUR to RGB 153, 153, 153 (the forth gray from the left).

15. Go to the bottom of the page and click the SAVE CHANGES BUTTON.
