“We may not be responsible for the world that created our minds, but we can take responsibility for the mind with which we create our own world.” - Gabor Mate

I believe in building a sound therapeutic alliance to help you achieve personal growth and improve your quality of life. I will provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for you to openly express your concerns and feel heard, understood, and accepted. In our shared space, you will be treated with respect and dignity.

I utilize a holistic approach in my therapeutic practice that is individually tailored to you - incorporating strengths and evidence-based strategies.  With over 20 years of experience in case management and health care settings, I have worked with a variety of populations to address issues related to mental health, chronic medical conditions, and end of life care.  Throughout my private clinical practice, I have counselled motor vehicle accident survivors who have faced adjustment difficulties, anxiety, depression, PTSD, brain injury, and traumatic loss.

Drawing upon a combination of therapeutic approaches - including Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - I help you develop a deep awareness of your mind and embrace your full potential for holistic relief and healing.

Now, let’s talk about you and your needs.

If you are experiencing emotional and interpersonal difficulties, and are ready to make positive changes in your life, I am here to help.
