“I am not afraid of storms, for I am learning how to sail my ship”--Louisa May Alcott

I am deeply passionate about supporting you in becoming the best version of yourself, helping you heal and nurture the parts of you that need attention. Life can be challenging, and my goal is to equip you with the skills and self-awareness to navigate it with greater ease and confidence.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in a deep respect for your unique experiences. My aim is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges. I believe in the power of collaboration and will work alongside you to uncover your inner strengths and facilitate meaningful change. I use an eclectic, exploratory approach that integrates various therapeutic modalities, which allows me to tailor the therapeutic process to your individual needs, ensuring a flexible and holistic model that addresses both the emotional and practical aspects of your life.

I am here to support you with kindness, patience, and understanding, empowering you to develop greater self-awareness and resilience and feel heard. Whether you are working through specific emotional challenges or seeking a broader sense of direction in life, together we will explore pathways that lead to healing, growth, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Whenever you are ready, I am here for you.
