Psychotherapist in training
Master of Education in Counselling Psychology Candidate
Healing happens in connection – this is a place to start.
You may be the person everyone counts on. You’re competent, capable, always holding it together for your team, your partner, your family. But underneath, you often find yourself overwhelmed and running on empty. You may feel anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself or stuck in unhelpful relationship patterns without understanding why. Living in survival mode is not what you’ve hoped for your life. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I'm glad you're here.
I am a pre-licensed psychotherapist (completing my M.Ed. in Psychotherapy & Counselling, practicing under clinical supervision) working with adults navigating challenges with anxiety, burnout, ADHD, relationships and major life transitions. My approach is relational, person-centred, and emotion-focused. Together, at your pace, we will connect with your inner world, making sense of what's there, and build on the strengths you already have.
Therapy works best when we show up exactly as we are. In our work together, you can expect a space that’s warm, affirming and free of judgement. Together we'll look at the patterns keeping you stuck in how you relate to yourself, to your emotions, and to the people around you in order to build a life that feels not only sustainable, but enjoyable. I offer a free 15-minute video or phone consultation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, share more about yourself and explore if we’re the right fit.
