"Our feelings are our most genuine paths to knowledge." Audre Lorde
The opposite of anxiety isn’t calm—it’s self-trust. I work with individuals who are high achievers, deep feelers, and habitual self-neglecters. Often who feel they are behind in their lives, despite their many achievements with a persistent sense that they are disconnected from their voice, body or emotions. If you struggle with anxiety, perfectionism or feel stuck in a loop of undervaluing yourself, I can help. Together, we'll explore and lean into the discomforts that might be keeping you stuck, start to identify and rewrite old beliefs that may no longer serve you.
Self-trust is built on a strong, deeply rooted internal foundation - through self-compassion, value prioritization, and autonomy—tools I integrate into session to encourage empowerment and confidence in your journey.
Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I help clients develop insight, flexibility and practical tools to use outside of sessions. We’ll start where you are and use your values to guide our work, involving the mind and body in session. With over a decade in community mental health, I’m dedicated to helping client’s channel and grow their capacity to embrace their most authentic selves.
If this sounds like you, and you're ready, let’s take the first step towards prioritizing your mental wellness and book a consult today.
