"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I change.” - Carl Rogers
When anxiety shows up in your life, do you see it as just another emotion, a signal that something important needs your attention, or has it started to feel like something bigger? For many, anxiety can become overwhelming, unhelpful, or even concerning, leaving you feeling trapped or unsure how to move forward.
Hi, I’m Meg. I work with individuals who take pride in their productivity and drive but sometimes find themselves defined or even trapped by it, caught in cycles of negative self-talk, overwhelm, or self-neglect. If you feel stuck in cycles of perfectionism, self-doubt, or find yourself clinging to rigid expectations about who you “should” be, or never feeling like you’re “enough”, you’re not alone.
Together, we can gently unravel those old patterns and beliefs, creating space for more compassion, flexibility, and a deeper sense of meaning in your life. Support can be invaluable as you reconnect with your own needs and rediscover what it’s like to be fully yourself. Sometimes, it’s not about pushing harder, but about gently letting go, getting curious and allowing yourself to heal in your own time and way.
If this sounds like you, and you're ready, let’s take the first step towards prioritizing your mental wellness and book a consult today.
