“Sometimes the bravest and most important thing you can do is just show up
- Brené Brown.
Congratulations on taking this first step to show up for yourself. Therapy is not just about treating symptoms — it’s about walking alongside someone as they find meaning, reconnect with themselves, and work towards their intentions. When working with clients, the focus is not to fix, but rather to slow down, listen, and make meaning together.
Sharva completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and has experience treating trauma, life changes, relationship conflict, and working with high-performance athletes using a solution-focused approach rooted in identifying emotions and cognitive behavioural patterns. Whether you’re experiencing challenges, healing from trauma, holding grief, navigating anxiety, or simply longing for a sense of wholeness — you are welcome here.
Sharva’s goal is to hold space for individuals as they remember who they are beneath the pain, pressures, and experiences they have endured. Her work is rooted in understanding the human experience and in the belief that healing takes place through the relationships we build with ourselves, with others, and through our perceptions and experiences of the world. Above all, Sharva values collaborating with her clients to better understand their life experiences and goals in order to promote positive change and healing in their journeys.
